We do not sell, rent, or lease identifiable information without permission. Unless legally required or permitted by you, we will not share your personal data.
Any personal information submitted for public posting, including testimonials and comments, may be made visible to Secure Logic and/or its affiliates, licensors, visitors, and customers.
2. Security Measures
We have implemented data leakage prevention measures to protect against misuse, alteration, or unauthorized release of personal information. However, communication through the Site or via email cannot be fully guaranteed to be secure.
Technical transmission may involve unencrypted transfers across various networks and devices. As such, Secure Logic is not liable for security breaches occurring via the Internet.
Refund Policy for Events & Trainings
Sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you're unable to attend a class or workshop, please email us in advance. Refunds will be processed according to the policies outlined below:
Terms & Conditions:
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a 100% refund.
- Cancel prior to 5 business days to receive a 50% refund.
- Contact us via email or phone with transaction details for refund processing.
- Refunds will be credited back within 10–15 business days.
Transfers to a Later Batch:
- You may change your batch any time before the workshop at no extra charge.
- If unable to complete the workshop, we will accommodate you in a different batch of the same course at no additional cost.
